La Pods Factory uses a specialized company to provide external services in this area, including occupational medicine. It is ensured in the workplace that exposure to chemical, physical and biological agents and psychosocial risk factors does not constitute any kind of risk to workers' health and safety.

TRAINING POLICY

At La Pods Factory, from the moment a new employee is hired, it is guaranteed that he or she will feel at home in the work environment and in the organization. A process known as Human Resources Management has been defined which, among other activities, includes identifying training needs and subsequent training.
